New Toy
Here is my early birthday present…
I’m so excited to get using it.
Bounced 20 minutes on it tonight.

Also, my weight update is 20 lbs. gone in 8 weeks. Things are going good so far. I’ve been averaging 2.5 lbs. a week. I’m starting to add back in my treadmill (2.5 – 3 miles) daily, now I’m going to start bouncing. Found a video called beginning Pilates rebounding.
