It’s Monday it must be….

WEIGH DAY

This week was much better.  Still got hungry but the meals did make the hungry go away for a while.  Generally by the time I got hungry it was time to eat again. 

Struggling a little bit with the Lean and Green meal which is the one that I thought would be the easiest.  So I decided to buy the cookbook this next order to help with some ideas.

Drum roll please………….

Lost 3 lbs..

I’m happy with that, makes a total of 8 lbs. in two weeks.  Two more pounds and I met my first goal.
