19 week update

After 19 weeks, I have lost 37 pounds.  I’m past half way to my goal.  Here is a little graph of my progress.  It really has been a very easy program for me.  I am scared to think about transitioning off of the program, but I am going to start getting my head around it. 

Oh, BTW, I’m no longer obese, just overweight based on the BMI scale.Open-mouthed smile
